Despite the economic crisis affecting tourist destinations across Italy, the actor, alongside his partners, the owners of Villa Pascia in Olbia, have decided to continue what has become an unmissable event for all Costa Smeralda visitors seeking a fun and engaging night out, different from the usual nightclub scene.
So, starting August 2nd, every night for the third year in a row, the incomparable Jerry Calà, returns with his band to enliven the nights of Costa Smeralda. The venue, named after one of his films, “VITA SMERALDA” released in 2006 and filmed right in Costa Smeralda, has become a hotspot of the Sardinian nightlife.
“I offer a two-hour musical show featuring a performance where everyone has fun,” says the comedian. “I revisit my beginnings with the Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli and sing songs from that era, such as those from ‘Vacanze di Natale’, ‘Abbronzatissimi’ or ‘Sapore di mare’, which revived the music of the Sixties in a never-ending revival that continues today with the cult of the 80s,” of which Jerry is an undisputed icon.
“I believe that the success of Vita Smeralda lies in the choice of catering to the current economic situation by creating an accessible venue for everyone.”
Jerry Calà’s show is even a social phenomenon, bringing together a diverse audience ranging from youngsters to those over forty, who usually do not frequent the same spots, but only Jerry could unite them!
And just like in the 80s, summer 2013 at “Vita Smeralda” promises to be filled with nightlife and fun, typical of the glamorous capital of summer tourism.
