Il
tè giapponese è una bevanda molto importante su cui si fonda la
cultura del cibo giapponese.
Tipi diversi di tè hanno sapore e
profumo diversi a seconda dei metodi di lavorazione e della
provenienza, ma al di là delle varietà nel gusto e nell’aroma tutti
offrono gli effetti benefici della catechina che sono ormai
apprezzati in tutto il mondo.
Il tè giapponese si può bere tutti
i giorni, ma nello stesso tempo è espressione di una cultura molto
profonda: è nostro desiderio farla conoscere, insieme al sapore
altrettanto profondo, con spirito di ospitalità.
